| On 7 July, at about 12:30 AM, Tanker 59 was dispatched to assist York County Company 31 (Newberry Township) with a working structure fire in a 1-story single family home. Tanker 59 made the response and staged upon arrival. Due to an adequate water supply being established by the units on scene, Tanker 59 was released shortly after arrival. One resident was taken to a burn center for treatment while the other escaped the fire unharmed. The officers and members of the Lower Swatara Vol. Fire Department wish the injured homeowner a speedy recovery. |
