The Lower Swatara Fire Department would like to congratulate Firefighter Joseph Dorsaneo on embarking onto the next step of his professional career with Boeing Aircraft.
Joseph has accepted a position of Engineer with the company and will be moving back to his hometown.

Firefighter Dorsaneo joined Lower Swatara Fire Department approx 4 yrs ago as a live-in while he attended college at Penn State - Harrisburg Campus for Engineering. In that time, he became an integral part of the department participating in numerous functions such as fundraisers, trainings, and fire prevention.

Although, Firefighter Dorsaneo will no longer be a live-in and will be moving out of the area, he still plans to return occasionally and visit.
