At approx 4:30 this morning Tanker 59 was dispatched to Draymore Court for a Structure Fire which was quickly upgraded to a working fire. Tanker 59 with a crew of 5 responded and performed fire operations and water supply. Crews remained on scene for approx 4 hours and then placed on a transfer assignment to Hummelstown Fire Department.
Shortly afterwards, Tanker 59 was dispatched to the same area of the incident for a separate Structure Fire caused by the initial one on the opposite side of the street and then returned to Hummelstown Fire Company to resume their transfer assignment until released. Total time from the initial incident to back in station is approx. 8 hours.
